Hi, I'm Tere

Communication and Employee Experience Specialist based in Madrid, Spain.

In 2018, I came to this beautiful city to achieve one of my professional goals, obtaining a Master's degree in Communication Management and Corporate Social Responsibility from EAE Business School and Rey Juan Carlos University.

I’m a Communicator and Publicist from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC) with postgraduate courses in Human Resources at Cornell University (USA), Digital Marketing at ISIL (Peru), and Internal Communication at ESAN University (Peru).

For over nine years, I have searched for ways to contribute to the company's growth through creative, assertive, and humane communication and experiences. I currently lead the Corporate Communication and Employee Experience team at Finsmart, a fintech based in Peru with international talent in Latam, Europe, and Africa. In 2022, Finsmart achieved 6th place in the Best Companies to Work for Peruvian Youth ranking.

Now I'm ready to look for another opportunity in Spain in a workplace where confidence is breathed and offers constant learning spaces and challenges.
